we can see from this index that indonesia is still left behind , from 140 country indonesia is more than half rank , indonesia have to reach some goals to make ICT readiness like another country , this indicator have 10 pillars, that have subindex like environment, readiness, usage, and impact.
To make indonesia like another country , we have to go step by step process,its not easty but i guess we can do it
